To fix issue in [HST-65] above, we have updated the file format for the HSTX files produced by HstEx v3.10.   This means that the output from HstEx v3.10 can only be opened by NetAnalysis v1.56 and above.   Please ensure you use HstEx v3.10 in conjunction with NetAnalysis v1.56.
