In some circumstances, the customer may have an urgent need for a temporary licence to allow them to start working with the software straight away. This is only relevant with new USB licence hardware as SMS updates and upgrades can be performed on existing dongles almost immediately through our licence server and licence manager software.
We do not currently provide temporary licence keys for our software; however, we can in some exceptional circumstances, provide access to our Dongle Server over the Internet. This would require the client to run a software application which would connect to our Dongle Server and manage the USB dongle as if it was connected directly to the host system.
