Opera Touch is a Chromium-based browser designed to be used on the go. It has been designed so that the user can explore the web using just one hand. The Fast Action Button is always available on the user's browser screen and allows the user direct access to its Instant Search feature. The user can also swipe the button up to gain access to all recent tabs and browser navigation.

Additionally, the user can share links and notes through the Flow feature and other Flow-enabled devices will immediately see them. A user can connect multiple iPhones, Android phones or computers (macOS, Windows and Linux) to their Flow, meaning that content can be instantly accessed and shared across all of the users devices. Furthermore, Flow is encrypted, private and kept only for the user.
